Another shitty night. Headache from the alcohol. Was up for an hour around 3. half Zanaflex. Woke up at like 7 and took a Tamazepam. I think those things are dead. I got like 45 minutes of sleep from it. They don’t work anymore. Got out of bed at 8:15. I could actually feel the pain going central overnight. I felt the transition happen. My nerves are fried right now. I kind of think the day would have shaken out the same way yesterday with or without kratom. But it would have been better with. Just took 6g at 8:30. I desperately wanted to sleep until 10. 4g at 11:30. Just a perfect storm today of shit. Not much of a hangover, but combined with everything else, it’s dramatic. Pain is central. Just did the table and didn’t feel a thing. That’s not normal. 7g at 3:30. 4:30 and it feels like I took too much. Hot, shaky. Just a lovely fucking day all around! Long walk. Had some piss and vinegar. Wasn’t all that hard. Pain is local. Table helped with that.
