Felt like I slept well, but I feel shitty. 2 beers fucked me I guess. Double half Zanaflex at 6 something. Woke up 9:45. Must have been bad quality sleep. At least I got a lot of it. 6.5g at 10. Doesn’t feel like a hangover, just feel shitty. This is the longest bad stretch I’ve had in awhile without a reprieve. I got the opioid relief from the kratom, as I have been for the last couple days, but I don’t get the serotonin relief. Medium walk. Felt wrecked after that. 7.5g at 3:30. 30 minutes on the bike. Pushed to medium intensity a bit. Medium walk later. Just did the table and it hurts like a mofo. Very tender back there. No pops. I can feel soft tissue almost tearing.
