Sleep was good. Double half zanny at 6. Hard wake up. Managed to sleep until 9:50. I feel recovered ATM. I probably won’t if I try the bike! 5g at 10:30. I’ll suffer through a little bit today and see how it goes. As long as I don’t freak out like I did yesterday afternoon. Yesterday ended up OK in the end. I can suffer a bit early if I can pull it out in the end. Ate 3/4 of a cantaloupe and started feeling good. Ate it 15 minutes after I took kratom. It might be potentiating it. It felt like grapefruit pain relief though. Not kratom opioid. I have decent energy now. Forced out a pop on the table. Did a bridge walk. 3 miles. Those hills hurt. You can do all the walking you want, but it doesn’t mean you’re in any kind of decent shape! 6g at 3:40. Passed me right by. Lots of energy this evening. Just had mandarins after dinner. We’ll find out if that matters. I’m not pigging out at 9:00 today like I did yesterday. That was dumb. I’m too physically tired to cycle hard today. I’ll give it ago though. 45 minutes, high intensity! Somehow burned less calories than yesterday. I think I had a slower wind up. Hit level 7. Finally hit 140 bpm. This is a good start. Long walk. That was rough. I was sweating from it, even in the cold. It drained my energy. Better after a rest. I’m dying for snacks so bad. Not going to do it though.
