Got myself all wound up last night looking into TV boxes. Couldn’t find the adapter for the old Roku. Kept reading on phone and searching for stuff. Stupid. Hard night. Woke up for an hour at 5 or so. Double half zanny. Felt like a mess. Woke up 9:20. 6.5g maeng da at 10. Trying the ‘switching kratom when it stops working’ hypothesis. On the plus side, I did find a Roku. twitch app that works. I don’t know why I obsess about it so much. Roku on pi-hole with twitch is the dream. No relief from the kratom. 12 now. Lots of pain. No change from yesterday. At least yesterday I was able to be upright. Maybe it was all the caffeine. Feel pretty shitty today. Managed to feel a bit better through the day. Did laundry. Maybe the caffeine again? Had a coffee this morning. No meals though all day. 7g at 3:30. Let’s give it a go. I definitely feel like some of my issues are from taking too high amounts, or from being on high amounts for too long. A reduction would do me good. (so would a day off. L O L.) Wow. Got a big boost off of the pm dose. 5:00 and I’m almost bouncing off the walls. Quite a turn around. I did take vitamin D earlier and I started feeling better after that. Don’t know if that’s the reason.
