Pain was bad at night. Did the table one last time and it felt good and helped a bit. Sleep OK., but hard wake up at 6. Full zanny, ibu, icy hot. Took a long time to get to sleep. Woke up like 8:15. Lipo c again. 6.5g at 9:45. Went to the post office and Aldi and surprisingly I still feel OK. I guess I’m in the peak of the meds. Usually it completely ruins me just going to the store. Church walk. Difficult making it to pm dose. 7g at 3:25. 4:20 now and I don’t really feel any better. Pain is pretty bad. I kind of feel like the drop in meds could be causing it. Not sure, of course. I did the table a couple times and it’s really hurting in the lower lumbar area. I’m going to lay off the table until bed time because of that. Trying to find that balance. I’m thinking as soon as it starts causing pain, I need to stop. If I can handle it, if it feels good, keep going. 5:30 and it has already tipped. I don’t think I felt the pm dose, and with the rising pain, that combines for a very difficult night. The biggest problem with this sort of thing is that tomorrow usually ends up sucking too. Here goes the cycle again. See you in 3 days (at best). Playing D2. It hurts playing sweaty content. The sweatier the game, the more the pain. Trying to pass time. With brace on. Just stopped games. Somehow I feel a lot better. I don’t know how. Just did the table and it felt good. I spent longer on it than planned. If I turned this around, how? I didn’t force the table. I kept icing and icy hot the back. Used the brace. I guess just stay the course. It’s failed so many fucking times though. Maybe taking it easy on the table is the key. And not walking right now. That being said, I’m going to attempt it. Tried a short walk, turned around a bit before halfway. Felt that pain suddenly drop on me and that was the cue to turn it.
