Sleep was OK. Got to sleep after midnight. Got in bed with the brace, but took it off. It’s too difficult. Woke up 8:40 – BUT – turns out it’s daylight savings, so actually 7:40. I feel pretty tired. I would have tried to keep sleeping. At least I don’t have to wait long for kratom. I feel minor WDs. Pain is better, although I still can’t move much. 6.5g at 9:30. Really slow start to it. Church walk at 11:15. Not easy. Glad I didn’t do more. I think this new approach on the table is effective. It takes longer to get the proper stretch and distraction in the spine. Doing it for a minute or two doesn’t quite get there. I think I need longer sessions. This morning I went until I felt like I wouldn’t be able to walk. And it was difficult. Then I get the rest of the day to recover from it, and do it again in the evening. I should be doing long sessions 3 times a day. Let’s see how 2 goes. And ibuprofen afterwards. Playing games. 2:30 and really hurting now. Already had ice and brace. 7.5g at 3:30. Back was hurting really bad after gaming, so I hopped on the table. I kind of wanted to just see if I could get a pop and unload it a bit, but I figured I shouldn’t do short sessions, only long, so I did several minutes. Same as this morning – until I felt like I wouldn’t be able to walk much. Did another church walk. Pain really ramped up. Couldn’t sit upright anymore. I think the pain meds wore off. That’s the only thing that kept me together today. I also feel like I overdid it. Gaming, and on the table. Just did the last session. I should have only done 2 today. 3 rums.
