Finally got some decent sleep. I had some super strange dreams, but I’m happy to have gotten the sleep. When I say I got good sleep, for me that means like 6 hours worth, and less than about 20 wake ups. Fibromyalgia feels low, but pain is high. I’m going to push it today and get some walks in. I think it could be a good day as long as I keep the pain controlled. It’s a slow start to the day though.
Short walk. Harder than I hoped, but it’s been a while since I’ve been doing consistent walks. I need a few days to get strength and endurance back. I always have to keep restarting from zero like this blog post. It’s very demoralizing losing all your progress every time you get moving again.
Third short walk in the evening. This one was pretty strong. Brought the cane, but didn’t use it. Maybe tomorrow I can go without if this decent streak keeps going. I think what’s driving it is being gluten and dairy free. I hope so anyway. I haven’t been able to find anything else that triggers it. I know pain triggers it, so I need to make sure I know the difference between a food flare and a pain flare. Today wasn’t easy, but it’s the best day I’ve had in a week, and I’m grateful for it.
