I was pretty wired last night from all the activity, so I didn’t get to sleep until after 1:00. Right after waking up I feel exhausted and beat up. Maybe I’ll try to take it even easier today. I’m ramping up activity really fast. I haven’t been able to move for like 5 months, so when I get the chance, I feel the need to make up for lost time. My wake ups are usually slow though, so we’ll see. It’s also really hot today, so I won’t be upset about not going outside today.

Medium walk before lunch. Pretty good. Taking it easy after. I feel like I should be out there getting some mileage in, but I also am very tired and want to take it easy. I’ve been playing some games and enjoying it a lot, so I’m sticking with that. It hurts to sit at my desk though. Maybe I’ll get on the exercise bike later.

Having a lot of nausea and some dizziness after dinner. I noticed my ears being a bit funky earlier, but I’m not sure if this is vertigo again or what. I was playing a video game that was causing some motion sickness feeling. I stopped playing and did a magnesium foot bath. Sitting in the recliner and chilling out. I still want to try some time on the bike.

45 minutes on the bike. I was in all sorts of pain on that thing. Joints, spine, ass. I have no conditioning for it. I was ready to give up at 30 minutes, but I finally got a rhythm. I think that’s it for the day. Not much activity today. Still feel dizzy and nauseous, but less so.
