Good sleep, but rough wake up. Straight onto an ice pack. I forced myself to eat some fruit. Forcing down food is really difficult when you’re in bad shape, but it’s a really important part of this diet I’m working towards. Fibro is low, but I’m still struggling a little bit today. Spine pain is bad.
Short walk after lunch. I’m so bored. These walks feel really painful. I’m glad I’m not pushing hard like I did before. That’s likely to flare me up. Every step feels like I have broken glass in my spine grinding away at my nerve endings. I need to get these spine issues fixed before I go hard on the exercise.
Got some time on the exercise bike. The pedaling is ultimately easier than walking, but it sure hurts my spine a lot. I was able to get used to that a few years ago. Who knows about now. The mornings lately have been super difficult, but the evenings have been decent. Nothing is in balance, but that’s expected unfortunately. A little bit of balance in my life would go a very long way.
