Things got really difficult last night. I felt the fibromyalgia flare easing up a bit late in the evening, but that left some pretty severe spine pain. I don’t know how, but I somehow ended up getting a lot of sleep and woke up late. That was an absolute gift for me. That helped the fibromyalgia ease up and the pain feels better today. Slow waking up and getting going today, but that’s totally fine by me. This gives me a good reset. I’ve been dying to play some games, but haven’t been able to play for more than a half hour.

Today has been a better day, most likely because of that bonus sleep. I did a short walk earlier. It started off strong, but got difficult half way through. I’m thinking of going again because I’m bored as hell. Plus the weather today is San Francisco weather, which is beautiful.

Another short walk in the evening. That one felt better. I’ve been putting an ice pack on right away when I get home and taking ibuprofen to try to prevent any inflammation or self inflicted pain from any physical activity. Not a bad day in the end, but I’m still not very active. I’m trying to balance it all. Being disabled means a lack of ability to move, but I need to move to stay healthy.
