Same sleep as the night before. Loads of wake ups. Couldn’t get comfortable at all. I’m just going to assume this is a new sleep pattern that will be around for a while. I still ended up getting enough sleep. I don’t feel spaced out like yesterday. It took me until the afternoon to feel evened out yesterday. I feel better today right from wake up. Today is day 5 without a fibro flare up. I think day 1 was only a half day, so we’re at 4.5 days, but we’ll be at 5 in the afternoon. The guaifenesin doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to with me, but of course that doesn’t surprise me. Nothing about me is normal. I used to celebrate it when I was healthy, but now it drives me nuts. Nothing treats my injuries and illnesses like it works for most people.

It’s snowing right now. I was second guessing going out for a walk because the winds were supposed to be gusting to 40mph, and I wasn’t in the mood to be pelted in the face with freezing rain and have the wind cut right through my jacket. I don’t see any sign of wind right now looking through my window. Not much snow accumulating, but it’s coming down pretty good. Should be super peaceful out there. I love how it muffles all sounds of traffic and other city life. I feel this almost constant ‘noise’ from the fibromyalgia and spine pain. It’s kind of a sixth sense sort of noise, but I feel it like it’s noise in my ears. Hard to explain. When the fibro cools off, the noise quiets down. Heavy rain helps drown out the fibro noise. The peacefulness of a snow storm rubs off on me.

I just saw Amazon has Black Friday sales on all sorts of camper van build materials. Batteries, solar panels, water heaters, diesel heaters, etc. It’s taunting me. This would be the perfect time to start building the van. I’m waiting to see what happens with the guaifenesin though. If it works and things get better, then I won’t need to become semi-homeless. If it fails like everything else has, then I build the van. Knowing my luck, it will probably fail right after the Black Friday sales end.
