Really rough ending to the day yesterday. It was super difficult getting through the evening. Then there is bed time, and that’s a whole different story. Once you’re done running the marathon in the evening, you try to go to sleep and get some rest, but you still have to run another marathon during your recovery period. This should be the best part of your day, but it’s one of the hardest. Rough wake up and start to the day today. It has surprisingly been improving though. I forced myself to eat earlier and I felt better for it. This might be a recovery day and the end of the shit cycle, but I still don’t know.

Got in a short walk after dinner. It started off OK, but it was rough by the end. I haven’t had a walk in a week, so I needed to GTFO of the house. It was therapeutic. I think I’m going to limit my exercise to activities that will be therapeutic and not for exercise. I can’t risk hurting myself. I finally feel evened out after a very difficult few days. I’m back on a gluten free diet to test out a hypothesis. I have been doing it for a few days, but ate something yesterday that I didn’t realize had gluten in it. It’s nearly impossible to be gluten free and eat processed foods, and processed foods are an unfortunate reality for me right now. Still going with the magnesium supplementation, but it seems to have hit its point of diminishing returns. I need to get at least one week of decent days in a row before I can consider anything to be useful. It’s all snake oil at this point, but I can’t stop trying. There has to be a cause of these constant flare ups.
