Sleep was good again. Woke up at 6:30. Half zanny and ibuprofen. Woke up at 8:50. Low energy. I feel pretty beat from the exercise. 5g at 9:50. Short walk. That was all I could muster. Need produce today, hopefully that doesn’t ruin me. Tried to get some pops on the table and couldn’t. That seems to be indicative of how pain levels will be. More pops=less pain. No pops=equals oncoming pain. Medium walk. Easier than the morning. Store went alright. Nakiri knife came today. Fucking awesome. Just what I wanted. I cut up the collard greens 2 hours early just to use it. V-word dinner tonight. Eating salads every day is a big barrier to me for v-wordism. Cucumbers every fucking day. Although, I get to cut them up with my new knife! I’m doing better with cooked stuff and a small piece of meat is a nice transition tool. Got lots of veggies to eat just now, so I’ll hopefully be cooking a lot. I do feel better with the good food. I felt better today after lunch, and have felt better after dinner. I have some decent pain. 5.5 or 6g? If I go 6g now, then tomorrow morning is the taper step. I like stepping in the pm first better. I’ll do 6 I guess. I dropped a whole gram yesterday. Catch up day today. Tomorrow maybe 4.7/5.7 if I’m lucky. Smaller steps from here. 6g 3:30. Foot has been killing me since that forest walk. Shoes bothering me again. Did medium walk. Would have done long, but had to turn it.
