Sleep was kind of shitty. Up for an hour a like 3. Half zanny. Half zanny at 6:30. Kept waking up. Managed to wake up at 9:20 for final wake up. 7g at 10:15. Table hurt this morning, so maybe I’ll chill out with it. Ate and showered by 11. Trying to at least fake it a little bit today. Act like I’m better than I am. Need some positive mental energy. Pain is pretty bad though. Been really antsy. Kind of just hanging on. 2:20. Table has been treating me OK. I’ve had a lot of local pain. Been using the table to chill it out a bit. Tried a church walk and cut it short. Thank goodness I did. Going to try some D2. I got to rank 35 and got the exotic weapon. Haven’t played much at all. I’m at the point where I don’t even miss the game anymore. Things I loved have all slipped away. I only can focus on surviving the next 5 minutes. 8g at 3:30. Had the brace on for a couple hours. Just tried the table. Ever so slight amount of relief. Not much of it. Usually I don’t feel much on the table after the brace. I should probably use it more. Maybe I’ll sleep with the Velcro brace. Short walk. Tough on the second half. Pain is bad atm. Brace is on. I think I’m at the limit of what I can do. I should note – I took vit D and magnesium. I used to do that in the am and pm. I stopped when things went tits up after Christmas. I will start that again. One of each in the morning, and again with the pm vitamins. Played some games tonight. Playing D2 hurts my back. Makes me spasmy. Probably from squirming in my chair sweating at the game.
