Woke up early, but got decent sleep. I ate just about all the foods on the do not eat list yesterday and it didn’t cause any problems. I think those foods mostly flare fibromyalgia if you have IBS or digestion issues. I don’t have any of those issues. I am working the magnesium supplements and mag oil now. It seems to ease the fibro fog. Pain is still bad, but I can deal with pain. I can’t deal with fibro flare ups.
Fibro fog has been really low today. Pain is high. I can feel it strongly locally in the low back. When the fibro is flared up, I just feel pain everywhere. Every nerve is firing at the same time, so it’s actually difficult to pinpoint the pain like I can today. Ice packs and the inversion table are helping. Took a walk after lunch. That one went well. Took another before dinner, and that one was difficult. I had to rely on the can quite a bit. Mostly I just feel tired and tight. I’m pretty sure I can work through that as long as the fibro stays away and I can keep walking. I think maybe 3 days has been the longest decent streak I’ve had since Christmas, so I’m not expecting this to keep going, but I always hope it will.
Short walk after dinner. Better than the second, not as good as the first. I’m tired. I woke up really early this morning. I need to get back up to speed again. Again. Played some games today. That accounts for some of the increased pain, but sometimes it’s worth it to do something I enjoy for a change.
